Smart Move is a boutique legal recruiting company founded by Principal Recruiter Katie Sullivan. After working for a large staffing company for several years Katie realized that she wanted to focus more on the quality of her services instead of the quantity. As a former practicing attorney, Katie has been able to utilize her legal experience in guiding attorneys and law firms through the recruitment process. Katie has extensive experience placing attorneys with top boutique, mid-size, and AmLaw firms as well as positions with corporations.

Katie has a BA in History and a JD from Texas A&M University. After law school she practiced law for several years before finding her calling in legal recruiting. Katie lives in Fort Worth with her dogs Graham and Koda, and cat Motley. When not spending time with her pets Katie enjoys playing sand volleyball and going to the lake.
